The General Accountant will understands the unique factors involved in managing related multiple related party ledgers with analytical skills who can add value in a manufacturing environment. This positions responsibilities will include A/P, AR, Payroll, Banking, Benefits, Inventory, managing the ledger, working within multiple ERP systems, cost accounting as well as quoting.
TOOL AND DIE JOURNEYMAN – 2ND & 3RD SHIFTS
The Soundwich Tool & Die Mechanic will be responsible for servicing and maintaining metal stamping dies. Regrinding and sharpening various cutting details and components, polishing and redressing drawing and forming components. Tool & Die Maker’s Journeyman Certificate or equivalent work experience is required.
Maintenance Technician – ALL SHIFTS
The Soundwich Maintenance Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in commercial and industrial establishments by performing the following duties. Journeyman Electrician, PLC/Ladder Logic, mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting experience is required.
Account manager / sales – Troy, Michigan
This Soundwich position is responsible for achieving the business plan and budget for the Sales function. This responsibility includes maintaining relationships with existing and target customers, prospecting for assigned territory and new customers based on established sales strategies and focusing all activities to ensure budget/AOP is achieved. They Must have stamping knowledge, OEM customer contacts, NVH experience, and a excellent work ethic.
Production supervisor – 2nd & 3RD shift
The Soundwich Production Supervisor will be responsible for Overseeing and managing productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work. Maintaining high product quality and manufacturing yield while ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to best safety practices and company policies/procedures and hold associate’s accountability with disciplinary actions as needed.
The Soundwich Strategic Buyer will ensure that all purchased parts fully meet expectations by developing and managing suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery commitments.
GENERAL LABOR – ALL SHIFTS
The General Labor will operate a punch press, inspects work product to ensure quality standards are met. Reads measuring equipment: micrometers, calipers, etc. Performs adjustment and replacement to maintain a quality product. Load steel, moves scrap and finished parts from machinery and maintain housekeeping standards
Maintenance Technician – 1st & 2nd Shift
The Polyfill Maintenance Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in commercial and industrial establishments by performing the following duties. Journeyman Electrician, PLC/Ladder Logic, mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting experience is preferred.
The Polyfill Extrusion Operator will be responsible for Proficiently operating the extrusion machine in a safe manner necessary to manufacture a quality acoustical product for the automotive industry..
SEAMSTRESS/Tailor – Industrial Sewers
The Team Wendy Seamstress/Tailor will be responsible for sewing processes including: binding, tacking and straight stitch. Other assembly processes include cutting, gluing, grommet machines, and hand assembly of products.
FIBER PRODUCTION Specialist/Material handlers
As Fiber Production Specialist, you will set up and operate a wide range of nonwoven processing equipment while partaking in the process of manufacturing thermal, acoustic, and filtration products. At least 3 years of experience operating manual machinery in a production based environment required. Must be flexible to work in many departments on the shop floor.
The Fiberworx Maintenance Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in commercial and industrial establishments by performing the following duties. Journeyman Electrician, PLC/Ladder Logic, mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting experience is preferred.
The Gem Tool CNC Machinist/Programmer will operate computer numerical control machines to machine parts. Set-up and align parts on machine. Communicate with CAM Department for programs. Communicates with co-workers regarding job status and schedules. Produces a high-quality part within tight tolerances. Determine the optimum methods, tooling and speeds and feeds to machine parts in the most efficient manner possible. Keeps an organized approach to machining details correctly and completely.
