Account manager / sales – Troy, Michigan
This Soundwich position is responsible for achieving the business plan and budget for the Sales function. This responsibility includes maintaining relationships with existing and target customers, prospecting for assigned territory and new customers based on established sales strategies and focusing all activities to ensure budget/AOP is achieved. They Must have stamping knowledge, OEM customer contacts, NVH experience, and a excellent work ethic.
TOOL AND DIE JOURNEYMAN
The Soundwich Tool & Die Mechanic will be responsible for servicing and maintaining metal stamping dies. Regrinding and sharpening various cutting details and components, polishing and redressing drawing and forming components. Tool & Die Maker’s Journeyman Certificate or equivalent work experience is required.
The Soundwich Maintenance Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in commercial and industrial establishments by performing the following duties. Journeyman Electrician, PLC/Ladder Logic, mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting experience is required.
The Soundwich Automation and Controls Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing and modifying controls and automation systems. Under minimum supervision, must be able to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on various automated production equipment. Strong experience with PLC’s, HMI’s, Robotics, automation and control system design and hands-on troubleshooting is required.

The Team Wendy Electrical Engineer will be responsible for constructing, testing, and all changes related to electrical components, equipment, products and services applying to electrical theory. Hybrid 3 testing and sensor data analysis will be required for this position.
FIBER PRODUCTION Specialist
As Fiber Production Specialist, you will set up and operate a wide range of nonwoven processing equipment while partaking in the process of manufacturing thermal, acoustic, and filtration products. At least 3 years of experience operating manual machinery in a production based environment required. Must be flexible to work in many departments on the shop floor.
Metal Matrix Innovations develops light-weight, high-strength metal matrix composite materials for the automotive industry. In this position, you will set up and operate a wide range of machine tools such as Bridgeport’s, grinders, and sanders. You must have at least 3 years experience operating manual machinery in a production based environment. Experience with ceramics is a plus.
